The Fannin Literacy Council is sponsoring its annual FREE RECYCLING event during Great Days of Service on Saturday, October 12. The event will be held at the Fannin County Precinct 4 Barn located at 1369 East Sam Rayburn Drive in Bonham from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
Your donations will help ensure proper recycling and save valuable landfill space.
This is the perfect opportunity to get rid of “stuff” around the house you no longer need or want. There are tons of items accepted, such as computers, printers, office equipment, microwaves, appliances, lawnmowers, sporting goods, musical instruments, vacuum cleaners, power tools, sewing machines, books, toys, collectibles, cookware, and pottery.
The items can be in any condition—damaged, non-working, or fully operational.
This is a great chance to get rid of those broken or outdated electronics and other unwanted items you have sitting around the house and storage building!
For your peace of mind, please delete personal information from your printers, computers and cell phones.
We are unable to accept clothes, furniture, hazardous materials, brush/tree limbs, CRT monitors, tires, televisions, mattresses, or household trash.
Pickups can be scheduled for businesses or schools with a large number of items.
To schedule a pickup, or if you have any questions, please call 903-583-1264, extension 1.
